PRE-ORDERS

Items purchased on pre-order will be dispatched on the date noted on the product page. If you place an order that includes multiple items, please note that these will be held until the pre-order item is ready for dispatch and will not be sent out earlier. 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Orders will normally be processed within 24 hours.

Orders shipped within Australia are delivered via Australia Post’s standard post service (Parcel Post) at a flat rate of $10. We offer this service for FREE for orders of $120 or over. Within VIC this service can take up to 2 business days for metro areas and up to 5 business days for regional areas. For all other states this service can take 3-6 days in metro areas and for regional areas, your local Post Office will be able to give you further guidance. 

At a cost of $14, we also offer Australia Post’s Express service. This service offers next-business-day delivery to 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses, and Post Office boxes. This service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres.
To determine if your delivery address falls within the next business day service network, please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Express Post service. For deliveries that fall outside of the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links to get your order to you.

Please note, that where an order is placed during a promotional period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.

All orders are tracked by Australia Post. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel has left our distribution centre.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Volt Workwear is more than happy to accommodate our international guests and will ship worldwide.

Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 5-7 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.  

All International orders are sent by express mail.

International shipping is FREE for orders over $100 USD. You will be charged for orders under $100 USD.

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.
